Hello, my hair is 100% natural and I have only ever dyed it once and I researched the 'ultimate' hair dye to use before hand. I was told that henna dye was gentle and therefore less damaging but I still suffered tons of hair loss after using it (I lost 1/3 of my volume within three months). The henna was applied well in a salon and not left on too long, and I looked after my hair carefully but still experienced tons of breakage. I'm not in a rush to dye my hair again but I am really curious about which dyes are considered safe by the stylists or experts out there please.
